The issue
On certain vehiclces, the handlebar assembly attachment bolts are not to specification and may fail, allowing the handlebars to separate from the motorcycle. The bolts are incorrectly made from Rolled Steel and not the Boron steel called for in the specification. Correction: Dealers will install a new handlebar assembly with correct bolts.

Sur certains véhicules, les boulons de fixation du guidon ne répondent pas aux spécifications et peuvent briser, permettant au guidon de se détacher de la moto. Les boulons en question sont en acier laminé plutôt qu'en acier au bore comme le prévoient les spécifications. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le guidon et fixer le nouveau composant à l'aide des bons boulons.
