Certain child restraints may have been assembled with an incorrect latch hook on the base. This may result in separation of the carrier from the base in a collision and may increase the risk of injury to the infant. Certains dispositifs de retenue pour enfant ont été doté de crochet de verrouillage de base défectueux. Il se peut donc que le siège se détache de la base lors d'une collision et que les risques de blessure à l'occupant du siège s'en trouvent augmentés.
