The issue
On certain 5th wheel travel trailers, in excess towing conditions, stress cracks can begin to occur at the connecting point between the pin box side plate and the pin box rear tube causing a potential tearing of the pin box side plates and the rear pin box tube. This could result in the unit being partially or fully detached from the tow vehicle, with resulting potential property damage or injury. Correction: Dealer will reinforce the pin box connecting point.

Sur certaines semi-caravanes, un remorquage excessif pourrait créer des fentes au point de connexion entre la plaque de côté et le tube arrière du support de pivot d'attelage et causer un déchirement des plaques de côté et du tube arrière du support de pivot d'attelage. Il se pourrait donc que la semi-caravane se détache partiellement ou complètement et que des blessures ou des dommages matériels s'ensuivent. Correction : Le concessionnaire devra renforcer le point de connexion du support de pivot d'attelage.
