The issue
On certain motorcycles, the fasteners that bolt the windshield to the mounting clamps can break, causing the windshield to come partially or completely off the bike. If this happens while the motorcycle is in use, the rider could be injured by the windshield. Correction: Since Indian Motorcycles is no longer in business, no correction is available.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, les fixations qui retiennent le pare-brise sur ses brides de montage peuvent se briser. Il se pourrait donc que le pare-brise se détache partiellement ou complètement de la moto et frappe le conducteur, qui pourrait alors être blessé. Correction : Puisque la société Indian Motorcycles a fermé ses portes, aucune correction n'est offerte.
