The issue

On certain vehicles equipped with a Direct Shift Gearbox, a seam at the clutch was not welded to specification. This could lead to degraded performance of the clutch after an indefinite period of use. The clutch could lose its ability to provide input torque to the transmission without prior warning, which could allow the vehicle to roll. Correction: Dealer will replace the clutch.

Sur certains véhicules équipés d'une boîte de vitesses Direct Shift, un joint de soudure à l'embrayage n'a pas été soudé selon les exigences. Cela pourrait conduire à une diminution de l'efficacité de l'embrayage après une période d'utilisation indéfinie. Il pourrait perdre, sans avertissement préalable, sa capacité à fournir un couple d'entrée à la boîte de vitesses, ce qui pourrait permettre au véhicule de se déplacer. Correction : Le concessionnaire devra remplacer l'embrayage.
