The issue

On certain vehicles, the passenger airbag trim components have a poor aperture edge. Should the airbag deploy, it could be ruptured, increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupant. Correction: Dealer will inspect the passenger airbag aperture and, where necessary, remove any sharp serrated edges.

Sur certains véhicules, les éléments de garniture du sac gonflable du passager ont une arête d'ouverture mal formée. Si le sac gonflable se déployait, il pourrait fendre, ce qui augmenterait le risque de blessures qu'encoure le passager en cas d'accident. Correction : Le concessionnaire devra inspecter l'ouverture du sac gonflable du passager et, si nécessaire, éliminer toutes les arêtes coupantes dentelées.
