The issue
On certain school buses, the primary and secondary air supply hoses from the foot valve to the air tanks were reversed at the tanks. If the primary air circuit is damaged, the brakes will not apply when the brake pedal is depressed, potentially causing a vehicle crash without warning and possibly resulting in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealer will inspect all suspect vehicles and repair incorrect air plumbing.

Sur certains autobus scolaires, les canalisations d'alimentation en air comprimé du circuit primaire et du circuit secondaire qui sont situées entre le robinet de commande au pied et les réservoirs de service ont été inversées au niveau des réservoirs. Si le circuit primaire était endommagé, les freins ne se serreront pas lorsque le conducteur appuiera sur la pédale de freinage, ce qui pourrait causer un accident, endommager des biens matériels, blesser quelqu'un ou entraîner des pertes de vie. Correction : Le concessionnaire devra inspecter tous les véhicules suspects et inverser les canalisations.
