The issue

Certain motorhomes may have an improperly routed and/or supported propane gas line to the kitchen slide-out room. As a result, the gas line could rupture causing a propane gas leak. A gas leak, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire or an explosion which could cause serious injury or death. Correction: Dealers will reconfigure the propane system piping to eliminate the potential for binding or kinking of the line.

Certaines autocaravanes pourraient comporter une conduite de propane mal acheminée ou soutenue qui se rend jusqu'à la partie extensible de la cuisine. En conséquence, la canalisation de gaz pourrait se rompre et causer une fuite de propane. Une fuite de propane, en présence d'une source d'inflammation, pourrait causer un incendie ou une explosion qui pourrait blesser quelqu'un gravement ou entraîner des pertes de vie. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront reconfigurer la tubulure du système d'alimentation en propane afin d'éliminer les risques d'emmêlement et d'entortillement de la canalisation.
