The issue

On certain vehicles, the hole in the sheetmetal front bulkhead that serves as the base and pivot point for the hood support rod may not have been punched to specifications during the manufacturing process. If the hood support rod hole fails, the hood could fall, potentially injuring someone working in the engine compartment. Note: All vehicles were inspected before retail sale. None were found to be out of specification.

Sur certains véhicules, le trou percé dans la cloison avant en tôle qui sert de base et de pivot à la tige de soutien du capot pourrait ne pas avoir été percé selon les spécifications pendant le processus de fabrication. Si le trou de la tige de soutien du capot faisait défaut, le capot pourrait tomber, ce qui pourrait blesser une personne travaillant sous le capot. Note : Tous les véhicules ont été inspectés avant d'être mis en vente. Tous ces véhicules étaient conformes aux spécifications.
