The issue

On certain motorhomes, the rear suspension transverse beam may have been manufactured incorrectly. Should it fail, vehicle stability while cornering would be affected, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash with personal injury or death. In addition, the transverse beam could drop to the ground causing sparks that could create a fire hazard. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the transverse beam assembly.

Sur certaines autocaravanes, la traverse de suspension arrière pourrait avoir été mal fabriquée. Si elle faisait défaut, la stabilité du véhicule en virage en souffrirait, ce qui pourrait causer un accident, blesser quelqu'un ou entraîner des pertes de vie. De plus, la traverse pourrait tomber au sol et produire des étincelles qui pourraient causer un risque d'incendie. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, le cas échéant, remplacer la traverse.
