The issue
On certain motorcycles, the swing arms may experience cracking of welds which can result in separation of the cast cross-member and extruded right side of the swing arm. If it occurs, it could affect the rider's ability to control the motorcycle which could result in a crash causing personal injuries or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the swing arm free of charge.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, les soudures des bras oscillants pourraient se fissurer, ce qui pourrait provoquer le détachement de la traverse de fonte et du côté droit extrudé du bras oscillant. Si cela se produisait, la capacité du motocycliste à contrôler son véhicule pourrait être affectée, ce qui pourrait causer un accident, blesser quelqu'un ou entraîner des pertes de vies. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer gratuitement le bras oscillant.
