The issue

On certain motorcycles, the main wiring harness can chafe against the frame, causing the engine to stop running. Engine stalling would result in lost propulsion which, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the rider's reactions, could increase the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will reinforce and reroute the main wiring harness.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, le faisceau de câbles principal pourrait s'user par frottement contre le châssis, ce qui ferait en sorte que le moteur calerait. Si le moteur calait, cela entraînerait une perte de propulsion qui, conjointement à la densité de la circulation, à l'état de la route et aux réactions du conducteur, pourrait augmenter les risques d'accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront renforcer et réacheminer le faisceau de câbles principal.
