The issue
On certain buses, the screws attaching the tip-in passenger windows may loosen, allowing the windows to dislodge and fall into the bus. The errant window/frame assembly may impact a passenger, which could cause personal injuries. Correction: Owners will be informed to check that the screws are tightened properly and advised to inspect and maintain them periodically.

Sur certains autobus, les vis qui fixent les fenêtres inclinables vers l'intérieur du véhicule pourraient se desserrer, ce qui permettrait aux fenêtres de se déloger et de tomber dans l'autobus. Les fenêtres pourraient percuter un passager, ce qui pourrait le blesser. Correction : On devra informer les propriétaires du fait qu'ils doivent s'assurer que les vis sont serrées adéquatement et qu'ils doivent les inspecter et les entretenir périodiquement.
