The issue
On certain vehicles, an incorrect number of rivets were installed in the front roof cap that attaches to the front roof sheet. In the event of a crash, an inadequate number of rivets in the roof could increase the risk of property damage, personal injury or death to the bus occupants. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, install additional rivets.

Sur certains véhicules, un nombre incorrect de rivets ont été posés dans le capuchon du pavillon avant fixé sur la tôle de pavillon avant. En cas d'accident, un nombre inadéquat de rivets dans le pavillon pourrait augmenter les risques de dommages matériels, ou de blessures ou de décès pour les occupants de l'autobus. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, le cas échéant, poser des rivets supplémentaires.
