The issue
On certain vehicles, a washer may have been installed in the incorrect location on the cab hinge bracket to frame mount. Due to a depression in the bolt seating surface, this may have caused insufficient threading of the bolt and the nut which could lead to insufficient torque applied to the fasteners. This insufficient torque application could result in the loosening of the forward cab hinge bracket and may cause property damage or personal injury. Correction: Cab hinge bolts will be replaced and the washer installed in the correct location.

Sur certains véhicules, une rondelle pourrait avoir été posée au mauvais endroit sur le support de charnière de cabine du support de châssis. Une dépression sur la surface d'appui du boulon pourrait avoir causé un vissage insuffisant du boulon et de l'écrou, ce qui pourrait faire en sorte que les dispositifs de fixation ne soient pas assez serrés. Ce manque de serrage pourrait causer le desserrement du support de charnière de cabine avant qui pourrait endommager des biens matériels ou blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Les boulons de charnière de cabine devront être remplacés, et la rondelle devra être posée au bon endroit.
