The issue
On certain fifth wheel trailers, the remote receiver may not be compatible with the high speed landing gear (front jacks) motor. If the motor is operated in a binding situation, the remote receiver may be damaged and overheat due to a combination of inadequate breaker and fuse protection, and the excessive amp draw of the motor. Operation of the landing gear motor may cause a vehicle fire, property damage and personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the landing gear motor assembly.

Sur certaines remorques à selette, le récepteur à distance est incompatible avec le moteur des béquilles avant à haute vitesse. Si le moteur était actionné alors qu'une des béquilles est coincée, le récepteur à distance pourrait s'endommager et surchauffer à cause d'une protection inadéquate du fusible et du disjoncteur et de l'appel de courant excessif du moteur. Si on continuait à faire fonctionner le moteur des béquilles, cela augmenterait les risques d'incendie, de dommages matériels et de blessures. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le moteur du train d’atterrissage.
