The issue

On certain Audi R8 Spyder, the fuel supply line may contact and rub against the heat shield in the engine compartment. This could cause a fuel leak which, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect the fuel line for damage and replace it if necessary. Dealers will also inspect and, as needed, adjust the position of the fuel line and heat shield in order to ensure correct clearance between the two.

Sur certaines Audi R8 Spyder, la canalisation d'alimentation en carburant pourrait frotter contre le bouclier thermique dans le compartiment-moteur. Cela pourrait causer une fuite de carburant qui, en présence d'une source d'inflammation, pourrait causer un incendie, endommager des biens matériels ou blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter la canalisation d'alimentation en carburant pour voir si elle est endommagée, puis la remplacer si nécessaire. Les concessionnaires devront aussi inspecter la canalisaiton d'alimentation en carburant et le bouclier thermique; de plus, ils devront régler au besoin la position de la canalisation et du bouclier afin d'assurer un dégagement correct entre les deux.
