The issue
On certain off-road utility vehicles, the general warning information label incorrectly indicates a vehicle seating capacity. The actual seating capacity is for one driver and one passenger. Operating the vehicle while exceeding the occupant capacity could result in poor vehicle handling characteristics, increasing the risk of a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the incorrect label.

Sur certains véhicules utilitaires hors-route, l'étiquette d'avertissements généraux indique le mauvais nombre de places à bord. Le véhicule comporte une place pour le conducteur et une place pour un passager. Le fait de dépasser le nombre maximal d'occupants pourrait rendre le comportement routier du véhicule médiocre, augmenter les risques d'accident, endommager des biens matériels ou blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer l'étiquette erronnée.
