The issue

On certain gravel trailers equipped with a Dura Flip tarp, some components of the tarp's rear lock assembly could loosen and fall off. Items separating from the vehicle could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or a bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Owners should immediately stop using the affected Dura Flip tarps and contact Michel's Industries at 1-306-366-2184 for further information and to obtain a repair kit.

Sur certaines remorques à gravier munies d'une bâche Dura Flip, certaines pièces du dispositif de verrouillage arrière de la bâche pourraient se desserrer et tomber. Les articles qui se détacheraient du véhicule pourraient percuter un autre véhicule, un objet stationnaire ou une personne se trouvant à proximité, ce qui endommagerait des biens matériels ou blesserait quelqu'un. Correction : Les propriétaires doivent immédiatement cesser d'utiliser les bâches Dura Flip visées et contacter Michel's Industries au 1-306-366-2184 pour obtenir de plus amples renseignements et une trousse de répartion.
