The issue

On certain vehicles, the brake master cylinder could malfunction, causing a reduction in braking performance which could increase stopping distances and potentially result in a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the master cylinder and replace those in the affected range.

Dans certains véhicules, le maître-cylindre de frein pourrait faire défaut, causant une réduction de la force de freinage ce qui pourrait augmenter les distances d'arrêt, provoquant possiblement une collision causant des dommages à la propriété et/ou des blessures. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter les maîtres-cylindre de frein et remplacer ceux qui sont défectueux.
