The issue
On certain vehicles, an electrical contact within the horn contact shaft may bend or wear prematurely, causing the horn to become inoperable. An inoperable horn may not be available in an emergency, which could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the horn contact shaft and lubricate and/or repair as necessary.

Dans certains véhicules, un contact électrique dans l'arbre de contact du klaxon pourrait plier ou s'user prématurément, ce qui rendrait le klaxon inutilisable. Un klaxon inutilisable ne serait donc pas disponible en cas d'urgence et augmenterait les risques de blessures corporelles et/ou de dommages aux biens. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter le contact du klaxon et le lubrifier et/ou le réparer selon le besoin.
