The issue

On certain vehicles, the engine grid heater power feed cable may have been improperly routed. This could cause the cable to come in contact with a sharp metal edge on the cab causing an electrical short, increasing the risk of fire resulting in injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will secure the engine grid heater power feed cable and provide clearance to the cab.

Sur certains véhicules, le câble d'alimentation du chauffe-moteur pourrait avoir été mal acheminé. Cela pourrait faire en sorte que le câble entre en contact avec un bord métallique acéré sur la cabine, ce qui causerait un court-circuit et, par conséquent, augmenterait les risques de déclenchement d'un feu pouvant entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux). Correction : Les concessionnaires devront fixer en place le câble d'alimentation du chauffe-moteur et laisser un jeu par rapport à la cabine.
