The issue

Certain motorhomes may have been manufactured with a refrigerator equipped with a travel latch that could inadvertently activated without the users knowledge. If the latch accidently locked the door shut, there would be no means to open it from the inside which could potentially cause entrapment and/or injury to an individual. Correction: Dealers will install a new door latch that cannot be inadvertently locked and can only be activated from the exterior of the refrigerator after the door is closed.

Certaines autocaravances pourraient être dotées, au moment de leur fabrication, d'un réfrigérateur équipé d'une courroie de transport qui risque d'être activée par inadvertance sans que l'utilisateur s'en aperçoive. Si la courroie verrouille accidentellement la porte une fois fermée et qu'une personne se trouve à l'intérieur, il lui sera impossible de sortir et elle pourrait se blesser. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront installer une nouvelle courroie de porte ne pouvant pas être verrouillée par inadventance et pouvant être activée uniquement depuis l'extérieur du réfrigérateur une fois la porte fermée.
