The issue
Issue: On one motorhome, the wrong bolts may have been used to attach the front and rear suspension to the vehicle frame. As a result, the bolts could fail. If this happens, the suspension could shift suddenly and cause a change in vehicle stability. Safety Risk: A sudden change in vehicle stability could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Newmar will notify the owner by mail and instruct them to take their motorhome to an authorized service facility to replace the bolts that attach the front and rear suspension to the vehicle frame.

Problème : Sur une autocaravane, les mauvais boulons pourraient avoir été utilisés pour fixer les suspensions avant et arrière au châssis du véhicule. Par conséquent, les boulons pourraient se briser. Si cela se produisait, la suspension pourrait se déplacer soudainement et déstabiliser le véhicule. Risques pour la sécurité : Un changement soudain dans la stabilité du véhicule pourrait entraîner une perte de contrôle et augmenter les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : Newmar doit aviser le propriétaire par la poste et lui demander d'amener son autocaravane à un centre de service autorisé pour faire remplacer les boulons qui fixent les suspensions avant et arrière au châssis du véhicule.
