The issue

On certain fire trucks, the governor/throttle control of the fire pump may have been configured with an incorrect firmware during the manufacturing process. Under certain circumstances, this could cause an unexpected pressure surge to the fire hose, increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: The manufacturer will provide a firmware update to correct the defect.

Sur certains camions de pompier, la commande du régulateur/des gaz de la pompe à incendie pourrait avoir été configurée avec un micrologiciel incorrect lors du processus de construction. Dans certaines circonstances, cela pourrait causer une saute de pression imprévue dans le tuyau d'incendie, ce qui augmenterait les risques de blessures ou de dommages matériels (ou les deux). Correction : Le constructeur devra fournir une mise à jour du micrologiciel afin de corriger le problème.
