The issue

On certain vehicles, the front axle weight limit may be greater than the front spring capacities. If the axle load exceeds the maximum weight capacity of the springs, the springs could fatigue and potentially lead to the front axle separating from the vehicle. This would result in a loss of vehicle control, and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Daimler Trucks North America authorized service facilities will replace the front axle springs.

Dans certains véhicules, la limite de poids sur l'essieu avant pourrait être plus élevée que la capacité des ressorts avant. Si la charge sur l'essieu dépasse la capacité de poids maximale des ressorts, les ressorts pourraient se fatiguer et l'essieu avant pourrait se séparer du véhicule. Cela causerait une perte de maîtrise du véhicule qui augmenterait les risques d'accident pouvant entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux). Mesure corrective : Les installations d'entretien autorisées de Daimler Trucks North America devront remplacer les ressorts de l'essieu avant.
