The issue

On certain motorcycles, the O-ring of the fuel tank internal breathing system valve plug may have been damaged during installation. This could result in a fuel leak, which in the presence of an ignition source could increase the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the plug and the O-ring with new components.

Le joint torique de la soupape du reniflard intérieur du réservoir à carburant de certaines motocyclettes pourrait avoir été endommagé pendant l'installation, ce qui pourrait causer une fuite de carburant qui, en présence d'une source d'inflammation, pourrait augmenter les risques de feu causant des blessures et/ou des dommages matériels. Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires doivent remplacer la soupape et le joint torique par des pièces neuves.
