The issue

On certain vehicles, the steering intermediate shaft may not have been properly manufactured. If the shaft were to fail, the steering response could be reduced, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the steering intermediate shaft as necessary.

Sur certains véhicules, l'arbre intermédiaire de la direction pourrait ne pas avoir été fabriqué adéquatement. Si l'arbre faisait défaut, la réponse de la direction pourrait être réduite, ce qui augmenterait les risques d'un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et remplacer l'arbre intermédiaire de la direction au besoin.
