The issue
On certain motorcycles, the clutch assembly may not have been manufactured to proper specification and could result in the assembly to overheat, and the outer clutch basket to break. This could cause a loss of motive power, and if the basket were to break, potentially cause metal fragments to jam internal drive gears and result in the rear wheel locking up. Both of these conditions could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the clutch basket and judder spring.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, l'embrayage pourrait ne pas avoir été fabriqué selon les spécifications et pourrait surchauffer. De plus, la plaque d'embrayage extérieure pourrait se briser. Cela pourrait causer une perte de puissance motrice et, si la plaque d'embrayage se brisait, pourrait faire en sorte que des fragments de métal coincent des engrenages d'entraînement intérieurs et bloquent la roue arrière. Ces deux conditions pourraient augmenter les risques d'un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer la plaque d'embrayage et le ressort de vibration.
