The issue

On certain vehicles, the brake pedal may not have been fastened correctly during manufacturing, and could result in the brake pedal moving out of position. If this were to occur, it may lead to reduced braking performance, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the brake pedal and replace it if necessary.

Sur certains véhicules, la pédale de frein pourrait ne pas avoir été fixée correctement au moment de la fabrication et pourrait se déplacer. Le cas échéant, cela pourrait réduire le rendement du freinage et augmenter les risques d'accident pouvant entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux). Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter la pédale de frein et la remplacer au besoin.
