The issue

On certain motorcycles, the image in the rearview mirrors could become distorted by vibrations produced by the engine. This could reduce the rider’s rear visibility, which may increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will remove and replace the existing mirrors with new mirrors.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, l'image dans les rétroviseurs pourrait être déformée par les vibrations produites par le moteur. Cela pourrait diminuer la visibilité du conducteur vers l'arrière, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques d'un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront enlever les rétroviseurs actuels et les remplacer par de nouveaux rétroviseurs.
