The issue
Issue: Certain aerial devices could be operated when the rear outriggers are not deployed. Operating an aerial device without all outriggers deployed could cause the unit to be unstable. Safety Risk: Operating an unstable aerial device could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Altec Industries will notify owners by mail and instruct them to inspect their unit for proper operation. If the unit does not pass, the company will provide a new wiring harness along with installation instructions.

Utiliser un dispositif aérien sans avoir déployé tous les stabilisateurs pourrait rendre l'unité instable. Risques pour la sécurité : L'utilisation d'un dispositif aérien instable pourrait créer un risque de blessure. Mesures correctives : Altec Industries doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'inspecter leur appareil pour s'assurer qu'il fonctionne correctement. Si l'appareil ne passe pas l'inspection, l'entreprise fournira un nouveau faisceau de câbles avec les instructions d'installation.
