The issue

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the power transfer switch could overheat and melt. Note: This is an expansion of recalls 2012-358, 2015-494 and 2017-419. Safety Risk: A transfer switch that overheats or melts could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to replace the transfer switch.

Problème : Sur certaines autocaravanes, le commutateur de transfert d'alimentation pourrait surchauffer et fondre. Remarque : Le présent rappel s'ajoute aux rappels 2012-358, 2015-494 et 2017-419. Risques pour la sécurité : Un commutateur de transfert qui surchauffe ou fond pourrait créer un risque d'incendie. Mesures correctives : Thor Motor Coach doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire remplacer le commutateur de transfert.
