The issue

Issue: On a small number of motorhomes, the patio awning wasn't installed properly. As a result, the awning could detach and fall from the motorhome. Note: This recall only affects certain Allegro RED 360 motorhomes with a 37PA floor plan. Safety Risk: An awning that falls from the motorhome could create a risk of injury. An awning that detaches from a moving vehicle could create road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Tiffin will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to inspect, and if necessary, attach the awning to the motorhome properly.

Problème : Sur un petit nombre d'autocaravanes, l'auvent de terrasse pourrait ne pas être installé correctement. Par conséquent, l'auvent pourrait se détacher et tomber de l'autocaravane. Remarque : Ce rappel ne concerne que certaines autocaravanes Allegro RED 360 avec un plan d'étage « 37PA ». Risques pour la sécurité : Un auvent qui se détache de l'autocaravane pourrait créer un risque de blessure. Un auvent qui se détache d'un véhicule en mouvement pourrait créer un danger pour les autres usagers de la route et augmenter les risques de collision. Mesures correctives : Tiffin doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire inspecter l'auvent et le fixer correctement à l'autocaravane au besion.
