The issue
Issue: On certain buses, the roof panels may not have been attached correctly. As a result, the roof panels could separate in a crash. Safety Risk: A roof panel that separates in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Navistar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your bus to a dealership to inspect the roof joints, and add screws to the joints if necessary.

Problème : Sur certains autobus, les panneaux de toit pourraient ne pas avoir été fixés correctement. Par conséquent, les panneaux de toit pourraient se séparer en cas d'accident. Risques pour la sécurité : Un panneau de toit qui se sépare lors d'un accident pourrait créer un risque accru de blessure. Mesures correctives : Navistar doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autobus chez un concessionnaire pour faire inspecter les joints du toit et, au besoin, faire ajouter des vis aux joints.
