The issue
Issue: On certain motorhomes, the spline teeth in the windshield wiper arm(s) could wear and break. If this happens, the windshield wipers may not work properly. Safety Risk: Windshield wipers that don't work could affect a driver's visibility and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Jayco will notify the owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) authorized service facility to inspect, and if necessary, replace the windshield wiper arm(s).

Problème : Sur certains autocaravanes, les cannelures du ou des bras d'essuie-glace peuvent se détériorer et se briser. Si cela se produisait, les essuie-glaces pourraient ne pas fonctionner correctement. Risques pour la sécurité : Des essuie-glaces qui ne fonctionnent pas pourraient nuire à la visibilité du conducteur et augmenter les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : Jayco doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autocaravane à un centre de services autorisé Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) pour faire inspecter et, au besoin, remplacer les bras d'essuie-glace.
