The issue

Issue: On certain vehicles, the right headlamp may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the headlamp could be too bright and/or aimed incorrectly. Safety Risk: A headlamp that is too bright or aimed incorrectly could cause glare for oncoming drivers and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the right headlamp, and replace it as necessary.

Problème : Sur certains véhicules, le phare de droite peut ne pas avoir été fabriqué correctement. Par conséquent, le phare pourrait être trop brillant ou mal orienté. Risques pour la sécurité : Un phare qui est trop brillant ou mal orienté pourrait éblouir les conducteurs en sens inverse et augmenter le risque d'accident. Mesures correctives : Ford doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur véhicule chez un concessionnaire pour faire inspecter le phare de droite et le faire remplacer au besoin.
