The issue

Issue: On certain vehicles, there could be a problem inside the high-voltage battery. As a result, the battery modules could overheat and short circuit. Safety Risk: A short circuit in the high-voltage battery could create a fire risk. Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the high-voltage battery. The battery modules will be replaced as necessary.

Problème : Dans certains véhicules, il pourrait y avoir un problème à l'intérieur de la batterie haute tension. Par conséquent, les modules de batterie pourraient surchauffer et subir un court-circuit. Risques pour la sécurité : Un court-circuit dans la batterie haute tension pourrait créer un risque d'incendie. Mesures correctives : Porsche doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur véhicule chez un concessionnaire pour faire inspecter la batterie haute tension. Les modules de batterie seront remplacés, au besoin.
