The issue

Issue: On certain transit buses, the pivot shaft for the driver protection barrier may not have been adjusted properly. As a result, the barrier door could detach and fall. Safety Risk: A protection barrier door that falls could create the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to adjust the upper pivot shaft for the driver protection barrier.

Problème : Sur certains autobus de transport en commun, le pivot de la paroi de protection du conducteur pourrait ne pas avoir été ajusté correctement. Par conséquent, la porte de la paroi de protection pourrait se détacher et tomber. Risques pour la sécurité : Une paroi de protection qui tombe pourrait créer un risque de blessures. Mesures correctives : Nova Bus doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur fournir des instructions pour ajuster le pivot supérieur de la paroi de protection du conducteur.
