The issue

Issue: On small number of motorhomes, the entry steps could extend on their own while driving. Safety Risk: Steps that extend while driving could create a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Grand Design RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to reposition the switch for the entry steps. Alternatively, you may contact Grand Design RV to arrange for a mobile service technician to complete the repairs.

Problème : Sur un petit nombre d'autocaravanes, les marches d'entrée pourraient se déployer par elles-mêmes pendant la conduite. Risques pour la sécurité : Des marches qui se déploient pendant la conduite pourraient créer un danger routier et augmenter le risque d'accident. Mesures correctives : Grand Design RV doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire repositionner l'interrupteur des marches d'entrée. Les propriétaires peuvent également contacter Grand Design RV pour qu'un technicien de service mobile vienne effectuer les réparations.
