The issue

Issue: On certain electric trucks, a problem with a wiring harness connector could cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2025-151. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: PACCAR will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wiring harness.

Problème : Sur certains camions électriques, un problème avec un connecteur de faisceau de câbles pourrait provoquer une perte soudaine de puissance aux roues. Remarque : Ce rappel s'ajoute au rappel de Transports Canada numéro 2025-151. Risques pour la sécurité : Une perte soudaine de puissance aux roues pourrait accroître les risques d'accident. Mesures correctives : PACCAR doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur camion chez un concessionnaire pour faire inspecter et, au besoin, remplacer le faisceau de câbles.
