The risk
The product poses a risk of injuries because the rear brake caliper anchor plate may break during operation and/or the pull-back spring may not reset sufficiently the piston on the handbrake cylinder. These shortcomings may lead to failure of the rear-wheel and/or front-wheel brake and consequently to accidents involving injury to and, in the worst case, the death of the driver or other persons.
Product: ATV (quad bike), small off-road motor vehicle.
