The risk
In certain products, possible seat defects have been discovered during product quality tests. Namely:- front seat side airbag: the reliability of side airbag deployment on the front seats is insufficient. In the worst case, the side airbag may not offer the expected protection;- front/rear seat headrest: there is a possibility that the locking performance of the headrest support is insufficient. In some cases this may lead to the headrest coming loose from the locking position during impact. In the worst case it may result in ejection of the headrest from the back seat.
Product: The affected vehicles were produced from 4 November 2005 through 31 July 2006.
