The risk
Should an error with certain interfacing systems be detected, the cruise control system will be disabled. If this should happen whilst the cruise control is engaged, it is not possible to cancel the cruise control using the cruise control cancel button, brake pedal operation or change of gear. Vehicle speed cannot be reduced through the activation of the cruise control speed adjustment wheel.
