The risk
Due to an incorrect specification of the air exchanger, the air conditioning can stop, affecting the engine performance. Emissions may then deviate from the regulatory requirements, which poses a risk to the environment. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
