The clutch release lever may not be properly welded to the shaft due to a manufacturing error. This can cause the weld to break, making it impossible to disengage the clutch, which can increase the risk of accidents and injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
