The defect
THE TUBES PROVIDED AS HANDHOLDS MAY CRACK OR FRACTURE WHERE THE STEPS AND ATTACHING BRACKETS ARE JOINED.
The remedy
COMPLETE STEP AND HANDHOLD SYSTEMS WILL BE REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE.
