The issue

VEHICLES WITH 1.9L ENGINE AND AIR CONDITIONING. A PIN LOCATED ON THE THROTTLE LEVER WHICH ACTUATES THE AIR-CONDITIONER SHUT-OFF SWITCH MAY BE SUBJECT TO MISALIGNMENT SUCH THAT THE SWITCH COULD JAM BEHIND THE ACTUATING ARM OF THE SWITCH. IF THIS WERE TO OCCUR, THE THROTTLE LEVER WOULD BE PREVENTED FROM RETURNING TO THE IDLE POSITION AND VEHICLE CONTROL COULD BE ADVERSELY AFFECTED.

L'ergot qui se trouve sur le levier du pavillon des gaz et qui actionne le commutateur d'arrêt du climatiseur peut être mal aligné et se coincer derrière la tige du commutateur. Si cela se produit, le levier de commande ne peut plus revenir en arrière et remettre le papillon des gaz à la position de ralenti, ce qui empêche la maîtrise du véhicule.
