The issue

THE REAR SEAT BELT RETRACTORS MAY ALLOW TWISTED WEBBING TO ENTER THE RETRACTOR HOUSING. TWISTED WEBBING MAY WEDGE BETWEEN THE RETRACTOR SPOOL AND HOUSING PRODUCING A JAMMED RETRACTOR CONDITION WHICH INTERFERED WITH WEBBING RETRACTION AND WITHDRAWAL.

Les mécanismes d'enroulement des ceintures des sièges arrière peuvent laisser passer des sangles vrillées. La présence de sangles vrillées entre les bobines d'enroulement et leurs boîtiers peut enpêcher ces mécanismes de fonctionner dans les deux sens (enroulement et déroulement). 1
