The issue

THE CARBURETOR RETURN SPRING ASSEMBLY MAY FAIL. THIS COULD PREVENT THE DECELERATION OF THE VEHICLE EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVER HAS REMOVED HIS FOOT FROM THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. LOSS OF ACCELERATOR CONTROL COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.

Le ressort de rappel du carburateur peut se briser. Le véhicule ne ralentit alors pas si le conducteur lève le pied de l'accélérateur. La perte de maîtrise de l'accélérateur peut entraîner un accident.
